The Role

Our approach to growth is relationship-driven and intentional. We focus on building, testing, and continuously refining a business development process that creates meaningful, long-term opportunities with ideal clients.

We’re seeking an in-office Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build a consistent, well-qualified sales pipeline.

This role is responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities, conducting discovery conversations, and managing early-stage pipelines through proposal draft. The BDR works closely with our Visionary, Integrator, and Director of Operations to ensure opportunities are aligned, well-documented, and ready to close.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends outbound prospecting, discovery, technical translation, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously refine outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Research, identify, and prioritize ideal-fit companies and decision-makers to support targeted account-based outreach efforts
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess business pain points, urgency, and service fit
  • Develop a working knowledge of Huntington’s MSP services to translate technical needs into clear business goals for decision-makers
  • Manage the quoting process using Kaseya Quote Manager, including preparing quotes and proposals for internal review, coordinating approvals, and managing timelines through delivery
  • Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospects through key sales milestones, documenting activity and next steps in the CRM
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline by tracking leads through all deal lifecycle stages, including timelines, tasks, and activities in AutoTask
  • Provide feedback on prospect responses, objections, and conversion trends to support ongoing improvement of Huntington’s business development process
  • Ensure qualified opportunities are clearly documented and prepared for internal handoff to leadership for proposal review and close
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to support targeted outreach campaigns, messaging, and follow-up efforts
Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting (MSP, IT services, SaaS, or technical services experience strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable leading discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Basic understanding of IT services, MSP models, and cybersecurity concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, process-driven, and consistent with follow-up
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Autotask, or similar)
  • Bonus: Experience in teams running on EOS
Why Join our Team?

  • Be part of a 25+ year MSP with deep client relationships and strong local reputation
  • Work closely with leadership and have visible impact on revenue growth
  • Help build a repeatable, scalable sales engine, not just chase activity
  • Join a team that values clarity, follow-through, and long-term partnerships
  • Growth-oriented company with opportunities to shape the sales team, and overall Revenue Operations of the organization
Compensation: $64,276.00 - $70,382.00 per year
